I'm Kate, a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer based in London, UK. I specialise in Kickboxing, HIIT Training, and Strength & Conditioning. I am a champion of movement for ALL! whatever level you are and whoever you are, you have a space to feel safe and a place to feel empowered with me. My classes are fun, effective, and unique in their concepts. PT sessions will give you the one on one time to work on your personal goals and check-in with yourself on a regular basis.
