"Kate was made for coaching. She is able to strike the perfect balance between being seriously motivating but without pressure, and instead showing compassion.

Kate prides herself on truly connecting with her clients. I knew from my first class with Kate it would not be my last. It didn’t take long before I was a regular at her classes, and choosing hers over the classes I used to take a my gym, which is one of the leading brands in the UK. I wanted more than just a class, I wanted to connect with my coach.

Kate’s passion for her client development is rare. She cares about more than just filling a class. She is able to be there for everyone in the class like you’re a the only person in the room...and that is impressive in a body class. If anyone is struggling, or just needs some constructive criticism on how to improve their technique, she’s on it. And if she can’t get to you straight away, she will never forget you, and will ensure she does later in the class. I always walk away feeling I am further forwards in my fitness journey when I walked in.
